La'Tara Jones
As CEO, La'Tara Jones leads with a commitment to building an organization grounded in trust, accountability, collaboration, and service. With more than 15 years of professional experience, she has developed a leadership approach centered on communication, relationship building, and bringing people together around a shared objective.
Her strength lies in creating alignment among providers, clients, stakeholders, and the Medical Elite Network team, keeping the organization focused on the people behind the work. Her personal experience advocating for a child with significant behavioral and social challenges has also shaped her understanding of the healthcare experience from the perspective of families, reinforcing her commitment to empathy and accessibility.
She provides executive leadership for MEN, supports organizational strategy, and strengthens stakeholder relationships to keep the company's growth aligned with its mission and values.
Shy Richards
As CBO and Co-Founder, Shy Richards leads the commercial strategy responsible for expanding the organization's reach, relationships, and revenue opportunities. Her work sits at the intersection of business development, sales, strategic marketing, partnerships, and market expansion.
By analyzing provider needs, industry trends, and emerging opportunities within healthcare, she develops business strategies that strengthen MEN's competitive position and build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. She works closely with executive leadership and MEN's healthcare operations experts so the company's commercial strategy reflects the depth of expertise behind its services.
For Shy, growth means building relationships, recognizing opportunities before they become obvious, and creating the commercial infrastructure necessary for Medical Elite Network to scale with purpose.
Briouna "Bri" Richards
Bri Richards believes strong healthcare organizations are built where clinical integrity meets operational precision. Her 19-year healthcare journey began as a Medical Assistant in mental and behavioral health, giving her firsthand exposure to patient care and the operational realities providers navigate every day.
As a Healthcare Administrator, Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and AAPC Approved Instructor, Bri is committed to helping MEN and the providers it serves operate with greater accuracy, knowledge, and confidence. Her experience includes guiding an established pediatric practice through expansion from two to seven locations, and authoring Foundations of Independence for Providers.
Within MEN, Bri leads healthcare operations and shapes the systems behind quality assurance, compliant documentation, provider education, and revenue cycle strategy, building infrastructure that protects providers today while preparing them for growth tomorrow.
